As an internationally certified life and wellness coach, I work with corporate teams who are beyond stressed due to constant changes in the business. I help them embrace the changes and reduce stress. This is a hybrid between coaching and consulting. I lead teams through a series of mindfulness, self-care, stress reduction, and meditation based workshops customized for each company’s needs. When we feel balanced, motivated and inspired our work gets easier and more fun.

I got into voice over when I had stage 3 breast cancer and wanted to continue my acting career with no hair. With years of vocal training, I have studied VO with many top casting directors and dialect coaches and it’s one of the creative loves of my life!
In my professional voice career I have been a voice representing Volkswagen, GAP inc., Susan G. Komen’s 3-Day Walk, Lynn University, p31Bookstore.com, United Healthcare and many others. I also have a series of guided meditation mp3s.
